Counseling and Admission into BBA course 2010

Dear Candidates,            
  
Sub: Counseling and Admission into BBA course 2010.
 
 
You are hereby advised to appear in person on 21 July 2010 at 10: 30 a.m (But not later than 12.00 noon) at SMIMS Campus, Level -6, New College Building, 5th Mile, Tadong, Gangtok for counseling and admission into BBA course for the year 2010 under General / North East category. Late arrival will render your candidature liable to cancellation.
 
You must bring the following documents (all in original) to deposit:
1.       Birth Certificate / Proof of age (Class X Certificate)
2.       Marksheet & Certificate of Class X and XII.
3.       Migration certificate of the Board.
4.       Transfer Certificate of School / College Leaving certificate
5.       Character Certificate from the Head of the Academic Institution last attended.
6.       Six copies of recent passport size photograph
7.       Domicile / PRC Certificate (for North East category)
8.       OBC /ST/SC certificate
9.       Demand Draft of Rs. 83,000/- (Rupees eighty three thousand only) in favour of “Sikkim Manipal University” payable at “Gangtok” (As tuition and other fees). Hostel and Mess fees are additional and to be paid if the facility is required by the candidate.
 
In case your candidature for admission during counseling is found valid, you will be required to seek admission on 21st July 2010 (i.e the same day).
 
No deferment of payment or part payment is permissible under any circumstances.
 
Failure to comply with any of these instructions will render forfeiture of your candidature for admission.
 
Note:
1.       This call letter does not imply guarantee for your admission into BBA course.
2.       Please note that if you do not appear in person in counseling on the date and time mentioned above, your candidature for admission is likely to be cancelled.
