IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

SLOT BOOKING

The OTBS is available only to those eligible candidates who have submitted the application forms complete in all respects on or before the last date mentioned for the respective courses.

You can choose slots of your choice on a first-come-first basis and subject to availability. There are multiple batches in each center each day. You can choose any batch at your already mentioned preferred centers.

A slot once booked cannot be changed. Requests for change of test centre, date or slot will not be entertained under any circumstances.

CONFIRMATION MAIL

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 hours from the booking time. The mail will be sent to the email addresses given in your application.

e-HALL TICKET

Visit smu.edu.in/apply after 48 hours from the booking time to print your e-hall ticket.

e-hall ticket will also be sent to your email addresses mentioned in your application.

The e-hall ticket will NOT be dispatched to candidates via post or fax.

Password / Scratch card no

The password is mentioned on the scratch card which you received with your application form at the time of purchase of the prospectus. If you have forgotten your password or lost your scratch card then you may click here to get your password. The system will ask you for your application no and the password will be sent to your registered email addresses.
