- Principal and Head of Sikkim Manipal College of Physiotherapy Prof. Nikita Joshi Sonowal was bestowed with "PHYSIO RATAN AWARD" for excellent contribution in the field of Physiotherapy at 13th and 14th December 2025 at Jawahar LaL Auditorium at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on the occasion of 11th International Physiotherapy Conference of Physical Therapy , AIIMS 2025.
- Raksha Kumari (BPT 2nd Year) won 4th prize on 26th March 2026 at SC Bhawan, Gangtok, Youth Parliament.
- Samridhi Kahti (BPT 3rd yr) won 6th prize on 26th March 2026 at SC Bhawan, Gangtok, Youth Parliament.
