The session emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition during the early years of life to support optimal growth and development.
As part of the practical component of the programme, the students demonstrated the preparation of nutritious khichri and nutritious ladoos using locally available food ingredients. The demonstration aimed to encourage families to adopt affordable, culturally acceptable, and nutrient-rich food practices within their households. Community members actively engaged in the session by asking questions and sharing their experiences related to child feeding practices.
