Presented a research paper titled "Training Effectiveness of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in the Post-COVID-19 Period: The Mediating Role of Trainers' Expertise" at the Eighth NITTE International Conference on "The Post-Pandemic Resurgence: The Challenges and Concerns," organized by Justice K.S. Hegde Institute of Management, NITTE, India, in association with Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands; University of Pennsylvania, USA; University of Connecticut, USA; and Chanakya University, Bengaluru, India, held on 28-29 December 2023.
